Facebook group rules

Facebook Group Rules of INZERTNÍ NOVINY

Rules on membership, publishing content and advertising

These rules govern membership, the publication of posts, business advertising and other use of the regional Facebook groups managed by the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project.

The INZERTNÍ NOVINY groups form a privately managed network of regional communities. The Operator is entitled to establish its own rules for how these groups operate, for accepting and removing members, for approving content and for business advertising.

These rules may be stricter than Meta's general rules, but they must not conflict with applicable laws or Meta's binding terms.

I. Operator

The operator of the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project and administrator of the relevant Facebook groups is TRIU ONE, s.r.o.

Company ID (IČ): 198 74 979
Registered office: Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic
Email: info@inzertninoviny.in

II. Definitions

For the purposes of these rules, the following terms mean:

Operator

TRIU ONE, s.r.o., which operates the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project and establishes the rules governing the Facebook groups it manages.

Administrator or moderator

A person authorised by the Operator to manage a group, approve members, review posts, moderate content and enforce these rules.

Group

A Facebook group managed by the Operator as part of the INZERTNÍ NOVINY media network.

Member

A Facebook user who has been granted access to one of the INZERTNÍ NOVINY groups.

User

A group member, membership applicant, post author, commenter or any other person using a group's functions.

Advertiser

An individual or legal entity that publishes or purchases advertising in the INZERTNÍ NOVINY groups.

Non-business advertising

Occasional advertising by an individual that is unrelated to business, continuous gainful activity or regular sales intended to generate profit.

Business advertising

Advertising relating to business activities, promotion of a company, trade, service, product, job offer, property or other regular income-generating activity.

Standard advertising

Paid business advertising in which the Advertiser submits a post to the selected group unless an additional service is purchased.

Premium advertising

Paid business advertising primarily intended for sectors with a distinctly commercial nature or a high volume of similar offers in a given region.

TOP advertising

Placement of advertising in the cover image of a selected Facebook group for an agreed period.

Regular posting on your behalf

A paid service under which the Operator arranges for posts to be published in selected groups in accordance with a confirmed order.

Pinned post

Paid promotion of a post in the Featured section of a selected group for an agreed period.

III. Relationship with Meta's rules

All content and conduct in the groups must comply with applicable laws, Meta's terms and its rules for using Facebook.

The fact that Meta generally permits certain content does not mean that the Operator must also permit its publication in the INZERTNÍ NOVINY groups.

The Operator is entitled to establish stricter rules reflecting the groups' focus, safety and long-term operation.

Meta Commercial Terms

Meta Community Standards

Meta Advertising Standards

IV. Operator's right to establish rules

The Operator determines the focus of individual groups, membership requirements, rules for publishing posts, business advertising rules, moderation procedures and other conditions necessary for their proper operation.

The Operator may adapt the rules for individual groups to their region, size, focus, membership composition, volume of posts and operational needs.

Users have no legal entitlement to have a post published, to be admitted to a group or to remain a group member.

Decisions by the Operator, an administrator or a moderator to approve, reject, restrict or remove content are binding for the operation of the group concerned.

V. Group membership

A Facebook user may apply for membership in a group. Acceptance of the application is subject to approval by an administrator or moderator.

The Operator is not obliged to approve a membership application or state the reasons for rejecting it.

Group membership is voluntary and does not entitle a User to publish posts, use all group features or remain a member permanently.

The Operator, an administrator or a moderator may remove, restrict or block a member at any time, including without prior notice and without stating a reason.

This power may be exercised in particular to protect the group, its members or the Operator, preserve content quality or ensure the proper operation of the entire network.

Removal from a group does not give rise to a claim for damages, readmission or an explanation of the decision. This does not affect any rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law.

VI. User profile

Users must use an active and credible profile that allows a reasonable assessment of their identity and the genuine nature of the account.

Empty, anonymous, newly created, fake or otherwise untrustworthy-looking profiles may be rejected, restricted or removed.

Profile photographs, names and other details must not be manifestly misleading or used to circumvent an earlier restriction or block.

VII. Manual review and approval of posts

Posts may be subject to manual review and approval by the Operator, an administrator or a moderator before publication.

The review considers in particular:

  • whether the post complies with these rules,
  • whether it complies with applicable laws and Meta's rules,
  • the truthfulness, completeness and clarity of the content,
  • its regional or thematic relevance to the group,
  • whether it constitutes non-business or business advertising,
  • the correct classification of business advertising,
  • the volume of similar offers in the relevant region,
  • any risk of spam, fraud or harm to group members.

If a post is not approved, the Operator may state the reason for rejection or request an amendment. In justified cases, however, content may be rejected or removed without giving a reason.

Circumventing the approval process, repeatedly submitting a rejected post or attempting to conceal the business nature of an offer may result in restrictions or a block across all INZERTNÍ NOVINY groups.

VIII. Non-business advertising

Non-business advertising is primarily intended for individuals who occasionally sell their own unwanted belongings or publish ordinary private offers or requests.

Repeated sales of goods, regular provision of services, employee recruitment, company promotion, property offers by a business and other continuous gainful activities are generally not considered non-business advertising.

The Operator is entitled to assess the actual nature of a post independently, regardless of how its author describes it.

IX. Business advertising

Business advertising is subject to a charge in accordance with the Operator's current offer.

Business advertising includes, in particular, promotion of a company, sole trader, service, product, commercial offer, job vacancy, property, event, course, tickets or other activity related to business or the continuous generation of income.

The Operator determines whether a post constitutes business advertising on the basis of its actual content, purpose, frequency, manner of publication and other relevant circumstances.

Unless the Operator specifies otherwise in writing, business advertising will not be approved or published until the applicable price has been paid.

If a User repeatedly submits unpaid business advertising or circumvents its correct classification, the User may be restricted or removed from all INZERTNÍ NOVINY groups.

X. Standard, Premium and TOP advertising

Standard advertising

Standard advertising is intended for ordinary business promotion. Unless an additional service has been purchased, the Advertiser submits the post to the selected group.

Standard advertising terms

Premium advertising

Premium advertising is primarily intended for distinctly commercial sectors and offers for which it is necessary to regulate the volume of similar content in a particular region.

The Operator is entitled to determine, based on the nature of a post, that an offer belongs in Premium advertising.

Premium advertising terms

TOP advertising

TOP advertising consists of placing advertising content in the cover image of a selected Facebook group for an agreed period.

The Operator may recommend TOP advertising for selected offers. Such a recommendation is not mandatory, and the decision to purchase the service remains with the Advertiser.

TOP advertising terms

XI. Posting frequency

A business post may be published no more than once per day in each selected group unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Repeatedly submitting the same or a similar post during a single day is considered spam and a serious breach of these rules.

The Operator may set a lower limit or temporarily restrict posting if required by the volume of content, group operations or the protection of other members.

Unused days or posts not submitted are not compensated retroactively and do not automatically extend the validity of purchased advertising.

XII. Regular posting on a client's behalf

Regular posting on behalf of a client is a paid service provided in accordance with a confirmed order.

The Operator may publish or share the supplied content through profiles, pages and groups which it manages or uses to provide the purchased service.

The region, scope and duration of the service must correspond to the confirmed order. The Operator determines the technical and organisational method of publication.

The Advertiser is responsible for the truthfulness, legality and accuracy of the supplied content, including text, photographs, videos, links, logos and contact details.

The Operator does not guarantee any particular number of reactions, views, enquiries or business results.

XIII. Post content

Every post must contain truthful, clear and sufficient information about the item, service or activity being offered or requested.

Text appearing only in an image or video may not be considered a sufficient description of a post.

Photographs and other materials must reflect the actual offer, and the User must have the right to use them.

Posts containing misleading, incomplete, unclear or deceptive information may be rejected or removed.

XIV. Prohibited and restricted content

In particular, the following content must not be published in the groups:

  • content contrary to applicable laws or Meta's rules,
  • drugs, addictive substances and illegal narcotics,
  • weapons, ammunition and related accessories,
  • tobacco products and electronic cigarettes,
  • unauthorised medicines, pharmaceuticals and pseudo-medical products,
  • pornography, erotic content and erotic dating,
  • fraud, pyramid schemes and dubious investment schemes,
  • quick loans and financial offers without clear terms,
  • job offers without a specific description or a verifiable employer,
  • political promotion and election campaigning,
  • petitions and campaigns aimed at influencing public opinion,
  • religious proselytising,
  • hateful, insulting, threatening or discriminatory content,
  • unauthorised publication of another person's personal data,
  • public accusations against named individuals without substantiated evidence,
  • spam, repeated posts and circumvention of the approval process,
  • irrelevant links, groups, pages and external articles,
  • other content that the Operator considers unsuitable for the group's focus.

Depending on the circumstances, the Operator may also reject other content that is not expressly listed above.

XV. Self-promotion and external links

Unsolicited self-promotion or promotion of other groups, pages, profiles or external projects is not permitted unless approved in advance by the Operator.

Links must directly relate to a specific offer or request and must not serve merely to attract website traffic, followers or members to another community.

Repeated breaches of this rule may result in the User being blocked from all INZERTNÍ NOVINY groups.

XVI. Comments and member conduct

Members must communicate politely, constructively and with respect for other Users.

Personal attacks, insults, threats, harassment, ridicule, deliberate disruption of discussions and disclosure of other people's private information are prohibited in particular.

The Operator may remove comments, restrict commenting or remove a member without prior notice.

XVII. Public fundraising

Public fundraising, crowdfunding campaigns and requests for financial contributions are subject to the Operator's separate rules.

The Operator is not obliged to publish a fundraising campaign merely because it is hosted on a well-known crowdfunding platform.

INZERTNÍ NOVINY position on public fundraising

XVIII. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the content of their posts and comments and all materials they publish in a group or provide to the Operator.

In particular, Users are responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided, their right to use photographs and other materials, and compliance with copyright, third-party rights and applicable laws.

Approval of a post by the Operator does not relieve its author of responsibility for the published content.

XIX. Limitation of the Operator's liability

The Operator does not verify the truthfulness of every offer, the identity of every User or the actual condition of items and services being offered.

The Operator is not responsible for the conduct of members, completed transactions, payments, delivery of goods, quality of services or other relationships arising between group Users.

The Operator is not responsible for fraudulent acts by third parties, indirect damages, lost profits or consequences of decisions made on the basis of published content.

The Operator is also not responsible for outages, changes to the functions, algorithms or rules of the Meta platform, or changes to its availability.

XX. Rejection and removal of content

The Operator is not obliged to publish any post, offer or advertisement.

The Operator may reject, edit, hide, restrict or remove a post if it conflicts with these rules, applicable laws, Meta's rules, the group's focus or the Operator's legitimate interests.

Content may also be rejected or removed without prior notice and without stating a reason.

The fact that similar content was approved in the past does not create an entitlement to its future publication.

XXI. Breach of rules

In the event of a breach of these rules, the Operator may, depending on the seriousness of the circumstances:

  • reject or remove a post,
  • disable comments,
  • restrict the ability to post,
  • suspend the provision of a service,
  • remove a member from a group,
  • block a User from one or all groups,
  • terminate paid advertising in accordance with the terms and conditions,
  • refer the matter to the competent authorities if unlawful conduct is suspected.

The Operator chooses the specific measure. The Operator is not obliged to apply a less severe measure first or repeatedly warn the User.

XXII. Communication with the Operator

Questions about these rules, business advertising or an administrator's decision may be sent to: info@inzertninoviny.in.

The Operator is not obliged to respond to insulting, threatening, repetitive or manifestly unfounded communications.

Repeatedly sending the same request does not alter the Operator's previous decision.

XXIII. Final provisions

These rules supplement Meta's rules, the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project's terms and conditions and the Operator's other related documents.

Legal relationships between the Operator and Users are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

If any provision of these rules conflicts with a binding legal requirement or Meta's binding rules, the relevant legal requirement or Meta rule shall apply to the extent necessary.

The Operator is entitled to amend, supplement or update these rules at any time.

The current version of these rules is published on the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project website.

By applying for membership, remaining in a group or publishing a post, Users confirm that they have read and acknowledge these rules.

Last updated and effective date: 4 August 2026.

02 / TERMS AND INFORMATION

Terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions

Terms for the Provision of Advertising, Marketing and Media Services by INZERTNÍ NOVINY

I. Operator

The INZERTNÍ NOVINY project and the services governed by these Terms and Conditions are operated and provided by TRIU ONE, s.r.o.

Company ID (IČ): 198 74 979
Registered office: Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic
Email: info@inzertninoviny.in
Website: inzertninoviny.in

These Terms and Conditions govern the respective rights and obligations of the Operator and persons ordering its paid services. They apply except to the extent that specific service terms have been agreed otherwise in writing and insofar as they do not conflict with mandatory legal provisions.

II. Definitions

Operator

TRIU ONE, s.r.o., the company providing services under the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project.

Advertiser or Customer

an individual or legal entity ordering or using the Operator's services.

Business Customer

a person acting in connection with their business activity or independent professional practice when placing an order.

Consumer

an individual who, when entering into a contract, is not acting in connection with their business activity or independent professional practice.

Service

an agreed form of advertising, promotion, advertising placement, graphic or media work, campaign, or other related activity.

Order

a Customer's request for a particular Service, specifying in particular the selected package, Facebook groups or channels, duration, additional services and price.

Order Confirmation

a communication from the Operator, including confirmation sent by its automated ordering system, by which the Operator accepts an Order.

Materials

text, photographs, videos, logos, links, contact details and other material supplied by the Customer for the performance of the Service.

Meta Platform

third-party services, particularly Facebook, whose technical operation and rules are not controlled by the INZERTNÍ NOVINY Operator.

III. Scope and Nature of Services

The Operator provides advertising, marketing and media services, particularly through its network of managed Facebook groups, websites and other agreed online communication channels.

The scope of each Service follows from the current offer, price list, confirmed Order or individual written agreement. The contractual obligation is to perform the agreed advertising or media activity, not to achieve a particular commercial outcome.

Occasional non-business advertising in Facebook groups remains free of charge under the rules of the relevant groups. These Terms and Conditions primarily govern paid Services; membership of a group does not, in itself, constitute an order for a paid Service.

IV. Services Offered and Order of Precedence

The Operator offers, in particular, Standard Advertising, Premium Advertising, TOP Advertising, optional additional Services, posting on behalf of the Customer, pinned posts, media space, graphic design and advertising campaigns.

For any individual Order, the details in the Order Confirmation are decisive, including the number and selection of groups, agreed duration, price and expressly ordered extras. An individual written agreement takes precedence over the general offer and these Terms and Conditions to the extent of expressly agreed differences.

The Facebook Group Rules, Complaints Procedure and Privacy Policy are separate documents. Their provisions apply according to the nature of the particular relationship and cannot restrict a Consumer's statutory rights.

V. Orders and Formation of Contract

Before submitting an Order, the Customer selects the required Services and checks the entered details, selected groups, duration of promotion, additional Services and total price. By submitting the Order, the Customer expresses the intention to enter into a contract on the stated terms.

The contractual relationship is established when the Operator confirms the Order. Confirmation may be generated and sent by the automated ordering system. The Operator sends the Customer an Order summary and payment instructions to the email address provided in the Order.

Acknowledgement of an Order does not constitute confirmation of payment. An Order is regarded as paid only once receipt of the relevant payment has actually been verified.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of contact, identification and billing details and must report any error without undue delay.

Before confirming an Order, the Operator may request additional information or decline the Order for objective operational, technical, legal or capacity-related reasons. The Operator will notify the Customer of the refusal and settle any payment already received for an unprovided Service without undue delay.

VI. Service Prices

Prices are determined by the current offer displayed at the time of ordering or by an individual written quotation. The binding price, including applicable taxes and supplements, is set out in the summary and confirmation of the particular Order.

Additional Services, such as pinning a post or arranging its publication by the Operator, are provided only if included in the confirmed Order or another written agreement.

Discounts and preferential offers apply only on the terms expressly stated in the current offer or Order Confirmation. The Operator is not required to offer individual discounts or retrospectively change an already confirmed price.

Changes to the price list do not apply retrospectively to contracts already concluded unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

VII. Payment, Due Dates and Documents

The Service price is payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. The payment method, amount, due date and payment identifiers are specified in the Order Confirmation or payment instructions.

For a bank transfer, the Customer must use the correct variable symbol or other required payment identifier. Payment is made when the relevant amount is credited to the Operator's account; merely submitting a payment instruction is insufficient.

The Operator is not required to commence a Service before full payment of the agreed price. If payment is not made on time, the Operator may ask the Customer to remedy the situation, change a commencement date that has not yet been confirmed, or cancel the Order after a reasonable additional period. This does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.

Payment documents and invoices are issued in accordance with applicable law and sent to the email address supplied by the Customer. A document confirming payment is not issued merely because an Order has been received.

VIII. Commencement, Duration and Completion of Services

A Service begins after the agreed conditions have been satisfied, in particular payment, delivery of usable Materials and, where relevant, approval of the content. The specific start date and duration follow from the confirmed Order or subsequent written agreement.

An agreed period may, for example, be seven days or one month; the particular confirmed offer is decisive. Individually agreed campaign dates take precedence.

If a Service is scheduled to start on a particular day and the Customer fails to deliver Materials, provide necessary cooperation or pay on time, the Operator is not responsible for a delay caused by that failure. A new date will be determined according to the Operator's availability and the nature of the Order.

The Service ends when the agreed period expires. Repeated publication of posts during one paid period does not, in itself, create an automatically renewing subscription. A new period or recurring invoicing arises only under an express agreement.

IX. Standard, Premium and TOP Advertising

Standard Advertising

Standard Advertising is intended for ordinary business promotion in the Facebook groups covered by the Order. Unless publication on the Customer's behalf has been ordered, the Customer submits their own post and the Operator reviews it under the rules of the relevant group.

Premium Advertising

Premium Advertising is intended primarily for strongly commercial sectors or types of offers for which the Operator regulates the volume of similar posts. The Operator classifies an offer according to its content and the terms published in advance. If it becomes apparent before performance that the selected package does not correspond to the nature of the offer, the Customer will be informed of options for amending the Order and any price difference.

TOP Advertising

TOP Advertising consists of placing agreed advertising content in the cover image of a selected Facebook group for an agreed period. The placement must respect the technical parameters and capabilities of the Meta Platform. Specific design, scope and timing are governed by the confirmed Order.

X. Posting Frequency and Post Approval

A business advertising post may be published no more than once per day in each selected group, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Repeated publication of the same or a similar post on the same day may be treated as spam and a breach of the group's rules.

Publication is subject to the INZERTNÍ NOVINY Facebook Group Rules, applicable law and Meta's rules. A post may be rejected if it does not meet the agreed or mandatory requirements. Depending on the nature of the defect, the Operator will give the Customer a reasonable opportunity to correct the Materials.

Where the Service is properly available but the Customer chooses not to use it, unused daily posting opportunities cannot automatically be carried forward to other days or used to extend the agreed period. This does not apply if the inability to use the Service results from the Operator's breach of duty or if the law provides otherwise.

XI. Posting on Behalf of the Customer and Additional Services

Regular posting on behalf of the Customer is provided only to the extent specified in the confirmed Order. The Operator chooses the technical and organisational method of publication so that it corresponds to the agreed scope and the Platform's rules.

A pinned post is time-limited highlighting in the relevant group, typically in its Featured section, if supported by Facebook's current functionality. The precise implementation and duration correspond to the Order.

The ordered Service does not automatically include graphic editing, drafting new copy, video production, translation, publication in additional groups or other work beyond the agreed scope. Such Services are charged separately unless expressly included in the confirmed offer.

XII. Materials, Cooperation and Approval of Creative Work

The Customer must deliver Materials on time, in usable quality and the agreed format, with sufficient information. The Customer is responsible for their truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and legality.

If the Materials are unsuitable, the Operator may request additions or changes. The time needed to remedy shortcomings does not constitute a delay attributable to the Operator.

Where a Service includes creating graphics, advertising copy or another creative work, the scope of deliverables, number of revisions and approval deadline are governed by the particular offer. Changes to the brief beyond the agreed scope may be charged after the Customer's prior approval.

The Customer must review the submitted deliverable and communicate any substantive comments within a reasonable time. Approval of a design does not release the Operator from liability for defects for which it is responsible under applicable law.

XIII. Copyright and Permission to Use Materials

The Customer represents that they hold the necessary rights to use the supplied text, photographs, logos, music, videos, trademarks and other Materials, and that their use does not infringe third-party rights.

The Customer grants the Operator a non-exclusive right to use the supplied Materials to the extent needed to perform and document the agreed Service, including necessary technical adaptations and publication on the agreed channels.

If the Operator creates a new copyright-protected work as part of a Service, the Customer's licence is governed by the written agreement. Unless its scope is expressly specified, once the full price has been paid the Customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the delivered work for the purpose for which it was created, to an extent customary for the nature of the assignment. Rights to third-party materials and elements remain unaffected.

XIV. Right to Reject or Suspend Non-Compliant Content

The Operator may reject, suspend or remove content that conflicts with applicable law, Meta's rules, the rules of its groups, third-party rights or the agreed nature of the Service.

Where possible and appropriate, the Operator will inform the Customer of the reason and allow the issue to be remedied. Manifestly unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise seriously problematic content may be acted upon without prior notice.

If the Customer commits a material breach of the contract and fails to remedy it within a reasonable period provided, the Operator may withdraw from the contract or terminate the Service in accordance with the law. Financial settlement will take into account actual performance, legitimate costs and any demonstrable claims of the parties; the Consumer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

XV. Changes and Outages Affecting Meta

The Operator does not control Facebook's or other external platforms' algorithms, technical availability, rules or operations. Changes to those platforms may affect the form, placement, timing or availability of the agreed advertising space.

Where an obstacle beyond the Operator's control arises, the Operator will inform the Customer without undue delay and, as circumstances permit, offer technically reasonable substitute performance, postponement or another mutually agreed solution.

If the agreed Service cannot be delivered because of an objective obstacle and no adequate substitute can be provided, the undelivered portion will be financially settled under the contract and applicable law. This provision does not exclude the Operator's liability for its own breach of duty.

XVI. Advertising Reach and Results

The Operator guarantees only those Service parameters that have been expressly agreed and that the Operator can realistically control. It does not guarantee a particular reach, number of impressions, reactions, clicks, enquiries, orders or amount of revenue, unless a particular measurable outcome has been expressly contracted as part of the Service.

Membership, traffic and reach figures are provided for information and may change over time. Advertising results depend, among other factors, on the content of the offer, the target audience and the operation of the Meta Platform.

XVII. Amendments and Cancellation Requested by the Customer

After confirmation, the scope, groups, dates or other essential parameters of an Order can be changed only by agreement between the parties. A change may affect price and delivery dates; the Operator may not impose additional charges unilaterally without the Customer's prior approval.

The Customer may request cancellation before the Service begins. For Orders placed in the course of business, the parties will agree on financial settlement taking into account costs already reasonably and demonstrably incurred and work already completed. If performance has already taken place, the actual extent of that performance will be considered. If nothing has been delivered and no legitimate costs or other claims have arisen, the Operator will return the payment received.

Where a Consumer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, only the provisions of the following section and applicable law apply. No cancellation term may restrict that right.

XVIII. Special Consumer Rights and Withdrawal from Contract

Where the Customer is a Consumer and the contract was entered into remotely, the Consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a contract for Services within 14 days of its conclusion, unless the law provides otherwise in the circumstances. Withdrawal may be sent as an unequivocal statement to info@inzertninoviny.in or to the Operator's registered office. The Consumer may use the model form provided after these Terms and Conditions but is not required to do so.

If the Service is to begin before the withdrawal period ends, the Operator will first obtain the Consumer's express request to commence and provide all information required by law. If the Consumer subsequently validly withdraws after partial performance, they pay a proportionate part of the price only where permitted by law. Once the Service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may cease if the statutory conditions are met, including the required prior express consent or request and appropriate notice.

The Operator will return funds within the statutory period, generally no later than 14 days after withdrawal, by the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the parties agree to another method at no additional cost to the Consumer.

A Consumer's right cannot be excluded merely by stating that the advertising Service is paid, time-limited or prepaid. Consumer-specific rules do not apply to a person acting in connection with their business when placing the Order.

XIX. Complaints and Rights Arising from Defective Performance

The Operator is responsible for providing the Service within the agreed scope and with appropriate professional care. The Customer may complain, in particular, that the Service was not provided, that it ran for less than the agreed period, that advertising was placed incorrectly or that another demonstrable discrepancy exists in relation to the confirmed Order.

A complaint may be submitted by email to info@inzertninoviny.in. It is advisable to include the Order number, a description of the defect, when it was discovered and the requested resolution. The Operator may request necessary cooperation but may not make the exercise of statutory rights conditional on disproportionate formalities.

Depending on the nature of the defect, remedies may include correction, reasonable substitute performance, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract under the applicable statutory conditions.

A Consumer's complaint will be handled without undue delay, generally within 30 days of submission unless the Consumer agrees to a longer period with the Operator; where the law establishes a special regime for a particular type of performance, that regime applies. The Consumer will receive confirmation of submission and resolution as required by law.

The separate INZERTNÍ NOVINY Complaints Procedure sets out further details. Mandatory Customer rights prevail in the event of a conflict with these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

XX. Liability of the Parties

The Customer is responsible for the truthfulness and legality of supplied Materials, for holding the necessary rights to use them and for their own conduct in Facebook groups. The Operator's approval of a post does not release the Customer from liability for infringement of third-party rights caused by defective Materials supplied by the Customer.

The Operator is liable for breaches of its contractual and statutory obligations to the extent provided by applicable law. It is not liable for independent commercial dealings between the Customer and persons responding to the advertising, or for advertising outcomes that were not contractually guaranteed.

In business-to-business relationships, the Operator's liability for foreseeable financial loss caused by an ordinary contractual breach is limited, insofar as legally permitted, to the price of the particular affected Service. This limitation does not apply to loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to a person's natural rights, or where the law does not permit limitation. Consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.

XXI. Communication and Delivery of Notices

The primary communication channel for Orders, amendments, complaints and other contractual matters is info@inzertninoviny.in, unless another address is expressly notified for a particular purpose.

The Customer must provide a working email address and notify the Operator of any changes. The Operator sends Order Confirmations, payment instructions and related notices electronically.

A requirement for written communication does not exclude a legally effective act in another form where mandatory legal provisions allow it.

XXII. Personal Data and Confidentiality

The Operator processes personal data as necessary for accepting and performing Orders, communication, invoicing, compliance with legal obligations and other legitimate purposes described to Customers in its separate Privacy Policy.

The parties will treat non-public commercial and technical information obtained during their cooperation with reasonable confidentiality, except for publicly available information or disclosures required by law or necessary to perform the contract.

XXIII. Suspension and Early Termination of Services

The Operator may proportionately suspend a Service if the Customer fails to pay, does not supply necessary Materials, repeatedly breaches group rules or provides content giving rise to reasonable suspicion of unlawful conduct.

Unless immediate action is needed to prevent harm or breach of law, the Operator will notify the Customer of the issue and give a reasonable opportunity to rectify it. In the event of a material breach, the Service may be terminated in accordance with applicable law.

The Operator may not retain the entire price of a Service it has failed to provide without an adequate legal basis. The extent of any financial settlement depends on performance actually delivered, fault, reasonable costs and statutory claims of the parties.

XXIV. Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumers

If a dispute arising from a contract for Services cannot be resolved directly with the Operator, a Consumer may apply for out-of-court resolution of the consumer dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic; email: adr@coi.gov.cz; website: coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.

This option applies to consumer disputes for which the Czech Trade Inspection Authority has jurisdiction. The right to bring a claim before a court remains unaffected.

XXV. Final Provisions

Legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not prejudice any mandatory provisions of law applicable to Consumers' contracts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are not automatically affected, provided they are capable of operating independently.

The Operator may update these Terms and Conditions. The new version applies to Orders concluded after its effective date; it applies to previously concluded contracts only where permitted by law or agreed by the parties.

The current version is published on the INZERTNÍ NOVINY website. Previous versions in force when a particular contract was concluded remain relevant to determining the rights and duties arising from that contract.

Effective date of the new version: to be completed upon approval and publication.

Appendix – Model Consumer Withdrawal Form

This model may be used only by a Customer who has a statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Use of the form is optional.

Personal data processing policy

This policy explains how TRIU ONE, s.r.o., operating the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project, processes the personal data of customers, prospective advertisers, website visitors and users of the Facebook groups it manages. In particular, it describes the purposes and lawful grounds of processing, recipients, retention periods and the rights of individuals.

I. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed for the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project's own activities is TRIU ONE, s.r.o.

This policy applies to processing for which the controller determines the purposes and means. Independent processing carried out by other service providers, particularly Meta, may also be subject to those providers' own privacy policies.

II. Who is covered and where we obtain data

This policy covers, in particular, people who send us an enquiry, order or use advertising or media services, communicate with us, visit our websites, or are members of or applicants to Facebook groups we manage.

We obtain information primarily from individuals themselves, through order forms, enquiries, email, telephone or Facebook communications. Other data arise when orders are fulfilled, payments are received, documents are issued, groups are moderated and the website is operated. To the extent necessary, we may also receive information from a customer acting for a company or submitting materials containing third-party details, or from publicly available sources where relevant to a particular purpose.

III. Categories of personal data

Depending on the service and relationship, we may process the following types of data:

  • identification and contact details: first and last name, business name, email address, telephone number, and postal or billing address;
  • business and billing information: company name, company ID, VAT ID, and details required for accounting or tax documents;
  • order and payment information: order number, selected services and Facebook groups, price, due date, payment method, payment references, payment status and billing history;
  • communication details: the content of enquiries, messages, complaints, attachments and related correspondence;
  • advertising materials: text, photographs, videos, logos, links and contact details intended for publication where they contain personal data;
  • Facebook group information: profile details, memberships, applications, posts, comments and moderation actions made available to group administrators publicly or within the group;
  • technical information: IP address, time of access, browser and device identifiers, technical request logs, and information about cookie or similar technology preferences.

We do not ordinarily request special categories of personal data, such as health information. Unless strictly necessary for a specific lawful purpose, please do not include such information in orders or advertising materials.

IV. Purposes and lawful grounds for processing

Not all processing relies on the same lawful ground. Depending on the circumstances, the principal purposes and grounds are:

  • Responding to enquiries and preparing offers: taking steps at an individual's request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for a contact person representing a company, our legitimate interest in business communication under Article 6(1)(f) may also apply.
  • Accepting and managing orders, providing advertising and media services: performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest when communicating with a person representing a contracting organisation.
  • Payments, invoicing and accounting: compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; related payment records may also be required to perform the contract.
  • Complaints, debt recovery and protection of legal rights: compliance with applicable legal obligations and our legitimate interest in documenting performance, resolving disputes and protecting our rights under Article 6(1)(c) or (f) GDPR.
  • Website security, prevention of misuse and moderation of managed Facebook groups: our legitimate interest in safe and orderly operation, protecting group members and preventing spam and fraud under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Optional analytics or marketing technologies and other activities requiring consent: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where the relevant processing is consent-based; storing and reading non-essential cookies is also subject to the applicable electronic communications legislation.

Our legitimate interests include safeguarding our operations and property, securing services, preventing abuse, communicating effectively with business partners, demonstrating fulfilment of obligations and asserting or defending legal claims. Individuals may object to processing based on legitimate interests where the legal conditions are met.

V. Enquiries, orders and service delivery

We use information entered into an order to identify the customer, prepare and confirm the order, send payment instructions, verify payment, provide the advertising purchased, communicate about delivery and handle any complaints.

Our systems may automatically generate order confirmations, record order status, prepare payment details and issue documents. Such automated administrative processing does not, by itself, constitute automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

Information necessary to process an order must be provided if we are to conclude the contract and deliver the service. Missing or incorrect information may prevent the order from being handled properly. Optional information is not a condition of using the service.

VI. Invoicing, payment details and accounting

We process payment information to match funds received to individual orders, issue accounting and, where applicable, tax documents, maintain receivables records, reconcile payments and comply with legal obligations.

For bank transfers, details contained in bank transaction records may also be processed, including payment references, the payer's account number and the amount, to the extent available to us. Banks also process information under their own obligations and terms.

VII. Communication and handling requests

In email and other communications, we use contact details and message content to respond to enquiries, cooperate in service delivery, handle complaints and document important arrangements. We may also retain a proportionate amount of correspondence to protect legal claims.

Where you contact us on behalf of a company, we process your business contact details only to the extent necessary to communicate with that company.

VIII. Facebook groups and Meta

The INZERTNÍ NOVINY project manages regional Facebook groups. When moderating them, administrators and moderators may access information Facebook makes available in connection with membership, posts, comments and approval applications.

We use this information to assess applications, approve and review posts, remove spam, address breaches of group rules and protect members. Depending on a group's settings, content posted there may be visible to other members or the wider public. Please consider which personal information you include before publishing a post.

Meta operates Facebook and carries out its own processing of personal information under its terms and privacy policies. TRIU ONE, s.r.o. is not automatically the sole controller responsible for the platform's own settings, operation and processing. Meta's information is available in its Privacy Centre.

IX. Publishing advertising materials and third-party data

If a customer supplies personal information, photographs or contact details for publication in an advertisement, that information may become available to recipients of the advertising message. The scope of disclosure depends on the purchased service, the material supplied and the settings of the platform used.

Customers must ensure that they are entitled to use the materials provided and have an appropriate lawful basis for supplying other people's personal data. This does not remove our own responsibilities for processing we carry out as a controller. Where we obtain personal data indirectly, we fulfil the relevant information duties under Article 14 GDPR unless a statutory exemption applies.

X. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

Our websites may use essential technical technologies required for security and service operation. These do not require consent to be stored where they meet the statutory conditions. Any non-essential analytics or marketing cookies or similar technologies may only be used after the relevant consent has been obtained.

Visitors can accept, reject or configure optional categories using the cookie banner. Preferences can subsequently be changed using Cookie settings in the website footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent use of the website's core functions.

The current implementation stores the selected preference in the browser's localStorage under the identifier in-cookie-consent-v1. Acceptance of optional categories is stored for approximately 12 months at most, and rejection for approximately 6 months, unless the visitor changes their choice or clears browser data earlier. This preference record is intended to remember the choice; it is not itself an advertising tracking mechanism.

The precise cookies or technologies used by third-party providers depend on the services actually deployed. If their scope changes significantly, we will update the relevant information and, where required, request consent again.

XI. Marketing communications

If we send commercial communications about our services, we comply with applicable law. Where consent is required, we only send such messages on that basis; the applicable statutory exception may allow communications about our own similar services to existing customers under specified conditions.

Recipients can refuse future commercial communications or unsubscribe. Individuals may object at any time to processing for direct marketing; after such an objection, we will no longer process the relevant data for that purpose.

Service messages relating to an individual order, payment or invoice are not, merely by virtue of being sent, marketing communications.

XII. Recipients and service providers

Personal information is accessible only to persons who need it to deliver services or meet legal obligations. Where necessary, data may be disclosed or made available to:

  • technical infrastructure and website security providers, particularly Cloudflare services used to run web applications and their data storage;
  • providers of email, communications and related technical services;
  • banks and payment service providers for executing and identifying payments;
  • external accounting, tax or legal advisers where we use their services;
  • Meta and recipients of published content where disclosure is part of the purchased advertising or Facebook group operations;
  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law or a lawful decision.

Providers processing personal data on our behalf must be subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards. We do not sell personal data to data brokers or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.

XIII. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Certain technology and social media platforms may involve access to or processing of information outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the requirements of Chapter V GDPR must be met, for example through an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and any necessary supplementary safeguards.

Information on transfer arrangements for a particular service can be requested at info@inzertninoviny.in, to the extent that the relevant provider makes it available to us.

XIV. Data retention

Retention depends on the purpose and applicable legal requirements. We do not retain data indefinitely merely because it was once supplied.

  • Enquiries not resulting in a contract: for the time needed to respond and subsequently only as necessary to document communications or protect legal rights.
  • Orders and contractual documentation: for the duration of the contract and afterwards as necessary to assert or defend potential claims, including in light of statutory limitation periods.
  • Accounting records: generally 5 years from the end of the relevant accounting period unless a longer period is required; VAT tax documents, where the relevant obligation applies, generally 10 years from the end of the applicable taxable period.
  • Complaints and disputes: while being handled and subsequently as necessary to document the process and protect rights.
  • Security and technical logs: for a period proportionate to their purpose and operational or security needs.
  • Cookie preferences: for the periods described in section X; users can remove the local storage record themselves.

After the applicable period expires, data is erased or anonymised unless there is another lawful reason for continued retention. Copies in technical backups may be removed in accordance with their lifecycle and security rules.

XV. Information security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, taking account of the nature and risks of processing. These include access controls, securing technical infrastructure, protecting communications and procedures for responding to security incidents.

No electronic environment can guarantee absolute security. If a personal data incident occurs, we comply with the obligations prescribed by GDPR.

XVI. Your data protection rights

Subject to the conditions laid down in GDPR, you have the right to:

  • ask whether we process your personal data and obtain access to it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
  • request erasure where the legal requirements are met;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • object at any time to processing for direct marketing;
  • receive data or request portability where the conditions for that right are met;
  • withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority;
  • not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where it has legal or similarly significant effects, subject to statutory exceptions.

Erasure is not unconditional, for example where certain data must be retained by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

XVII. How to exercise your rights

Send your request or question to info@inzertninoviny.in. We may request proportionate proof of identity where needed to prevent disclosure to an unauthorised person.

We respond without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving a request. Depending on complexity or the number of requests, this period may be extended by another two months; we will notify you of the extension and its reasons within the first month. Exercising these rights is generally free of charge; manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be dealt with as permitted by GDPR.

XVIII. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that our processing of personal data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů)
Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic
Website: uoou.gov.cz

This does not affect your right to apply to a court or another competent supervisory authority.

XIX. Automated decision-making and profiling

In delivering the services described here, we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of personal data that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Automatically confirming an order, matching a payment or maintaining operational records does not, by itself, amount to such decision-making.

Statistical or advertising functions operated independently by Meta or other platforms may be governed by their own policies and responsibilities.

XX. Final provisions and effective date

This policy is based in particular on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Czech law. It may be updated as legal requirements, services or processing practices change. The current version is published on the INZERTNÍ NOVINY website.

Last updated: 29 October 2026. The updated policy takes effect on the date it is published, unless a later effective date is expressly stated. This does not affect our duty to inform individuals of material changes to processing where applicable.

04 / TERMS AND INFORMATION

Complaints procedure

Complaints Procedure

Procedure for submitting and handling complaints concerning INZERTNÍ NOVINY services

This Complaints Procedure governs how complaints concerning paid advertising, marketing and media services provided through the INZERTNÍ NOVINY project are submitted and handled. It supplements the Operator's Terms and Conditions. Consumers' statutory rights are not restricted by this Complaints Procedure.

I. Operator

The INZERTNÍ NOVINY project is operated and its services are provided by TRIU ONE, s.r.o.

Company ID (IČ): 198 74 979
Registered office: Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic
Complaints email: info@inzertninoviny.in
Website: inzertninoviny.in

II. Nature of the services provided

The Operator's services include, in particular, the review and publication of business advertisements in managed Facebook groups, regular posting on a customer's behalf, pinning posts, placing TOP advertisements, running advertising campaigns, media support, graphic design and other agreed activities.

The scope, price, publication location, duration and other parameters of each Service are determined by the confirmed Order or written agreement. Occasional non-business advertising that is free of charge under the applicable group rules is not a paid Service governed by this Complaints Procedure.

For paid advertising, the Operator checks compliance with project and Meta platform rules and determines the appropriate advertising category. The Operator does not guarantee any specific number of views, reactions, enquiries, customers or commercial results unless it has expressly undertaken such a commitment in writing.

III. When a Service may be complained about

A complaint may be submitted where the Service does not conform to the confirmed Order, agreed characteristics or applicable legal requirements. Examples include:

  • a paid and confirmed Service has not been provided;
  • an advertisement was published in a group or region other than the one agreed due to the Operator's error;
  • publication took place at the wrong time, on a smaller scale or for less than the agreed duration;
  • an error attributable to the Operator affected the text, photograph, video, logo or link used in preparation or publication;
  • agreed regular posting was not performed to the agreed extent;
  • a paid pinning Service or TOP advertisement placement was not delivered as confirmed;
  • agreed graphic or other media deliverables were not delivered in the required form;
  • another defect exists for which the Operator is responsible under the agreement and applicable law.

A Customer does not need to prove the Operator's fault before submitting a complaint. Whether the complaint is justified will be assessed according to the nature of the obligation, the actual performance, the available evidence and the applicable law.

IV. Manual review and advertising classification

Every business advertisement may be subject to manual review before publication. The Operator determines whether a submission is non-business or business advertising and, for business advertisements, whether the Standard or Premium category applies. The Operator may recommend TOP advertising for certain offers; ordering it remains optional.

A Customer's disagreement with a classification correctly made under the applicable rules, or with a non-binding TOP advertising recommendation, does not in itself constitute a defective Service. An incorrect classification, a discrepancy with the confirmed Order or an incorrect additional charge may be complained about.

If submitted content fails to meet the published rules, the Operator may request changes or refuse publication in accordance with its Terms and Conditions. The Customer's rights where a paid Service is not provided depend on the particular reason for refusal and applicable law; they cannot be excluded across the board.

V. When a Service has been duly provided

A Service is duly provided when it conforms to the confirmed Order and applicable legal requirements. Depending on its nature, the assessment includes:

  • One-off publication: whether the post was correctly published in the agreed group at the agreed time.
  • Advertising over an agreed period: whether the agreed opportunity to post or the agreed advertising placement was available for the relevant duration.
  • Regular posting on a Customer's behalf: whether the individual agreed posts were made.
  • Pinned posts: whether the post remained in the designated section of the selected group for the agreed period.
  • TOP advertising: whether the advertisement was displayed in the selected group's main cover image for the agreed period.
  • Graphic and media work: whether the agreed deliverable was supplied with the required scope and quality.

The mere fact that a post has been published does not prevent a complaint about a defect, such as publication in the wrong region, a shortened duration or an error attributable to the Operator.

VI. Circumstances that do not, by themselves, constitute a defect

Where the ordered Service has been duly provided, the following circumstances alone do not constitute a defect:

  • the post did not achieve the expected reach, engagement, number of messages or commercial results;
  • the Advertiser changed their mind, price, offer or business plans after publication;
  • the Advertiser provided incorrect, incomplete or late materials and the Operator fulfilled its obligations;
  • the Advertiser did not make full use of the posting opportunities duly made available;
  • the Advertiser breached the group rules or the permitted posting frequency;
  • the Operator correctly classified the advertisement or made a non-binding TOP advertising recommendation;
  • other Facebook users reacted differently from what the Advertiser had expected.

This list does not mean that a complaint may be rejected automatically. If a defect or an obligation to provide a remedy also exists, the Customer retains their applicable rights.

VII. Changes to advertising materials after publication

Before ordering and supplying materials, the Advertiser should verify the text, contact details, photographs, videos and links. After proper publication, the Operator is not required to make free changes requested solely because the Customer has changed their wishes, where such changes do not correct a defect.

Changes to content, region, period or scope may require a new Order or a separate pricing agreement. Correcting an error for which the Operator is responsible is not treated as a new paid Service.

VIII. Service interruption, Meta actions and alternative performance

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Operator may suspend or terminate publication where the Customer seriously breaches the law, group rules, Meta policies or contractual duties, for example through repeated spam or prohibited content.

The Operator does not control Meta's platforms, algorithms, moderation decisions, technical outages or policy changes. However, a Facebook outage or the removal of a post by Meta does not, by itself, extinguish all of the Customer's rights relating to an ordered but undelivered Service.

Where circumstances beyond the Operator's control prevent performance as agreed, the Operator will discuss an appropriate solution with the Customer, taking account of the obligation involved. This may include a new date, replacement publication, an appropriate extension or a financial settlement where one is due. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

No refund is due for a part of the Service already duly provided merely because the Customer subsequently breached the rules. Any settlement for the unprovided portion is governed by the agreement and applicable law.

IX. Where and how to submit a complaint

We recommend submitting complaints by email to info@inzertninoviny.in. Complaints may also be submitted in writing to the Operator's registered office: TRIU ONE, s.r.o., Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. No prescribed form is required.

To help identify the relevant Service, please provide, where available:

  • your full name or business name and contact details;
  • the Order number or another sufficient identification of the Service;
  • the affected Facebook group, region or type of Service;
  • a description of the alleged defect and when it arose;
  • the remedy requested;
  • available screenshots, links or other supporting materials where relevant.

A missing Order number or screenshot is not, by itself, a reason to reject a complaint where the Service and alleged defect can otherwise be identified. The Operator will contact the Customer where further information is needed.

Exercising a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason is different from complaining about defects; it is governed by the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

X. Prompt notification and cooperation

We recommend reporting a discovered defect without undue delay, ideally within seven days of discovery, so that publication records can be checked and an effective remedy arranged more easily. Seven days is not a forfeiture deadline for complaints and does not reduce Consumers' statutory rights or other mandatory entitlements.

The Customer shall provide reasonable cooperation necessary to verify and remedy a defect. If specific information is missing, the Operator will explain what is required and why. Providing additional material does not, of itself, change the original date on which the complaint was submitted; any effect of a failure to provide essential cooperation on the statutory time limit is governed by applicable law.

XI. Confirmation of receipt of a complaint

The Operator will provide a Consumer with written confirmation of the complaint, stating the date it was submitted, its substance, the remedy requested and the Consumer's contact information for notifying them of the outcome.

For email complaints, confirmation may be provided electronically. An acknowledgement of receipt does not itself constitute a decision on whether the complaint is justified.

The Operator keeps appropriate complaint records in accordance with its personal data protection policy.

XII. Time limits and procedure for handling complaints

The Operator will decide on a Consumer's complaint immediately or, in complex cases, within three working days. Any reasonable time required for expert assessment of the defect, taking account of the nature of the Service, is not included in that decision period.

A Consumer's complaint, including remedying the defect, must be resolved and the Consumer informed of the outcome no later than 30 days from the date the complaint was submitted, unless the parties expressly agree a longer period. Where a particular performance is subject to a different statutory regime, such as for digital content or digital content services, that regime applies.

If the statutory or agreed period expires without the complaint being resolved, a Consumer may withdraw from the contract or seek an appropriate price reduction where provided for by law. The Customer will be informed of the outcome in a verifiable manner, normally by email.

For business-to-business complaints, the applicable contractual and statutory rules apply. The Operator aims to resolve such complaints without undue delay, normally within 30 days; this does not reduce or expand either party's statutory rights.

XIII. Remedies and rights arising from defective performance

Where a complaint is justified, the available remedies, depending on the defect and applicable law, may include:

  • correcting published text, a photograph, a link or other material;
  • making a missing publication or repeating a publication;
  • completing an agreed part of a campaign or media deliverable;
  • providing the agreed pinned post or TOP advertising placement correctly;
  • extending the duration of the Service as appropriate;
  • other reasonable substitute performance agreed by the Customer;
  • an appropriate reduction in price;
  • a refund of the relevant part of the price or withdrawal from the contract where statutory conditions are met.

The particular remedy must reflect the defect, the performance already received and the Customer's rights. The Operator cannot unilaterally impose a substitute Service instead of a Consumer's statutory right to a price reduction or withdrawal, where the conditions for that right are satisfied.

Any refund will be made without undue delay, in accordance with its legal basis, the parties' agreement and applicable law.

XIV. Rejection of a complaint and notification of the outcome

After proper examination, a complaint may be rejected where it is established that the Service complied with the confirmed Order, that the alleged problem did not arise from defective performance or that the conditions for the Operator's liability are not met.

A complaint must not be rejected automatically solely because the Operator's fault was not immediately proven, the post was published once, Meta suffered an outage or the Customer did not provide an optional screenshot. Each case is assessed individually by reference to the agreement, available evidence and the law.

The Operator will provide a Consumer with written confirmation of the date and manner in which the complaint was resolved or, where the complaint is rejected, a written explanation of the reasons. The Operator will apply a comparably transparent process, as appropriate, to business Customers.

XV. Liability for loss or damage

The Operator does not guarantee unpredictable commercial advertising performance, the ordinary behaviour and decisions of social-media users, or Meta's algorithms, unless it has expressly undertaken a contractual commitment regarding a particular result.

Liability for loss or damage and any permitted limitation of liability are governed by the Terms and Conditions and applicable law. Nothing in this Complaints Procedure excludes liability or restricts Consumers' rights to an extent prohibited by mandatory law.

XVI. Alternative dispute resolution for Consumers

Where a dispute under a consumer Service contract cannot be resolved directly with the Operator, the Consumer may refer it to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic.

Email: adr@coi.gov.cz
Information: coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/

Out-of-court dispute resolution is available for matters within the Authority's jurisdiction. The right to bring proceedings before a court remains unaffected.

XVII. Relationship to the Terms and Conditions

This Complaints Procedure supplements the INZERTNÍ NOVINY Terms and Conditions. Matters not expressly governed here are subject to the agreement and applicable law.

Mandatory legal provisions prevail in the event of a conflict. Complaints relate to defects in performance; withdrawal without giving reasons and cancellation before a Service begins are addressed by the Terms and Conditions.

XVIII. Final provisions

This Complaints Procedure is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The Operator may update it when laws, the range of services or operating procedures change.

The new version applies to Services ordered after it takes effect. It applies to previously concluded contracts only to the extent permitted by law or agreed by the parties.

The current version is published on the INZERTNÍ NOVINY website. The effective date of this new version will be specified upon approval and publication.

05 / TERMS AND INFORMATION

Public fundraising

Public Fundraising

Our Position on Public Fundraising

Why Don't We Publish Public Fundraising Campaigns?

Without official cooperation with crowdfunding platform operators and clearly established rules, we are unable to verify individual fundraising campaigns. For this reason, we do not publish links to public fundraising campaigns in our communities.

What We Offered Crowdfunding Platforms

Our aim was not to prevent people from helping others. On the contrary, we directly approached Donio, Znesnáze21 and other operators of similar crowdfunding platforms and offered them cooperation free of charge.

From the outset, we made it clear that we were prepared to support only fundraising campaigns for the medical and essential living needs of individuals. We also stated that we would not promote cultural, historical, institutional, project-based or investment fundraising campaigns. Our sole priority was helping people facing severe hardship.

We proposed clear rules for cooperation. Each fundraising campaign would have to be approved by an administrator before publication; the cooperation would be based on an official agreement with a designated contact person and would cover only verified medical and hardship cases.

The proposal also included displaying the INZERTNÍ NOVINY media network logo on the relevant crowdfunding platform's website, solely in connection with this cooperation and with a clear indication that it concerned only fundraising campaigns for medical and essential living needs.

We offered this proposal entirely free of charge. Our objective was neither a business relationship nor financial compensation, but to establish a safe and transparent system that would help people in the most difficult circumstances while ensuring clear rules for publishing public fundraising campaigns.

Nevertheless, the crowdfunding platforms we approached did not accept this proposal.

Types of Fundraising Campaigns We Were Prepared to Support

  • Treatment of serious illnesses
  • Medical aids and equipment
  • Injuries with long-term consequences
  • Essential financial assistance for individuals and families in exceptionally difficult circumstances

Types of Fundraising Campaigns Excluded from Our Proposed Cooperation

  • Cultural fundraising campaigns
  • Historical fundraising campaigns
  • Institutional fundraising campaigns
  • Project-based fundraising campaigns
  • Investment fundraising campaigns
  • Business fundraising campaigns

Possibility of Future Cooperation

If clear rules for cooperation with crowdfunding platform operators can be established in the future, we are prepared to resume discussions at any time.

Thank you for your understanding. We wish you strength, a successful fundraising campaign and the achievement of its goal.
